Our Dessert series of flavoured imperial stouts is back! This iteration features a huge dose of locally roasted coffee made in collaboration with Blacksmith and Bean / Barrie's Asparagus Farm located in Cambridge, ON! The coffee used in this blend is 100% mild washed, hand picked, sun dried, fair compensation for the farmer, fair trade Arabica coffee beans from Colombia that are grown at a high altitude of 1,400 feet!
This imperial stout features flavours of chocolate, vanilla, and roasted malt backed up with a big body with mild sweetness, leading to a showcase of roasted coffee flavours and aromas. If you like coffee this beer is for you!
